ORDER POLICIES

Because all of our products are custom made for each bride, we like to talk to each bride to create a headpiece that is made to their specifications. So, once you have found a tiara or comb design that you like, please contact us either by phone, e-mail or fill out our guest book and  let us know which piece you are interested in.  Also, please let us know some of the other details of your wedding such as type and designer of your wedding dress, type of wedding, and any color schemes. 

Once we have had a chance to discuss the type and design of your head piece, we will begin processing your order upon receipt of  the total cost of your order.  Our standard delivery time is approximately 3-4 weeks.  Within 10 days after receiving your order if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your order for a compete refund or we will correct your order to your satisfaction.  Order must be returned in original packaging.
